Classes
In the school groups, children aged 6 to 17 study together. Groups are formed according to age as well as the level of Russian language skills. Group sizes range from 5 to 15 students. Lessons last 45 minutes and take place in the evenings on weekdays or during the day on Saturdays and Sundays.
The school program includes subjects such as Russian Language, Literature, Logic, Art History, and World History. Instruction is based on educational materials from Russia, carefully selected to suit the language needs of children living in Canada.
Dear Parents,
The study cycle for each session lasts from 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on the day.
During breaks, children play various games, and at the main break they are offered a light snack: peeled and sliced fruits, filtered water, apple juice or tea, and cookies.
Completing homework, which children receive at every lesson, is essential as it develops independent work skills, fosters a sense of responsibility and perseverance, and helps achieve better results.
The entire program is designed not only to develop children’s Russian language skills and increase their interest in learning it but also to expand their overall intellectual knowledge and interests in a wide range of areas, including literature, history, art, and more.
